Sandeep has over 25 years of industry experience, having launched more than 200 nutraceutical products and evaluated over 1,000 ingredients. Known as the 'Nutraceutical Man of India', he played a key role in shaping India’s Food Safety & Standards Regulations for health supplements, nutraceuticals, functional foods, and novel foods, which came into effect in 2018. Sandeep is currently Chairman of the Standard Review Group (SRG) for nutraceuticals at India’s FSSAI, President and National Spokesperson for the United Nutraceutical Product Alliance, Vice Chairman of the IDMA Nutraceutical Committee, and Founder and CEO of the Nutraworks Foundation. He leads ENAC, a group of over 150 experts, MNCs, and academics, working to advance the industry. Sandeep is also Director, Chief Mentor, and Strategic Alliance Founder at BodyFirst® Wellness Nutrition, a leading consumer brand in India.
